3. Agent Obligations & Rules

Agents shall conduct sales and promotion legally and compliantly. False promotion, malicious price competition, unauthorized use of copyrighted materials and illegal business activities are strictly prohibited. Agents are fully responsible for their external promotion, sales behavior and customer service. We reserve the right to terminate cooperation and pursue legal liability for brand damage caused by irregular operations.

4. Quotation & Settlement

Exclusive VIP pricing, tiered rebate standards and exclusive support policies are provided one-on-one by our official team. The profit mechanism is transparent and stable with higher rebates for larger order volumes. Flexible and fair settlement terms are available. 5. Application Process

6. Cooperation Termination

Both parties may terminate cooperation in accordance with the agreement. We reserve the right to immediately terminate agent qualifications and cancel all preferential benefits if agents engage in irregular sales, brand damage, malicious competition or illegal business operations.
