1. Application Period

For defective, wrong or missing items, customers must contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery receipt and provide valid photos, videos and tracking proof. No after-sales application will be accepted after the deadline.

2. Valid Return & Exchange Scope

Free returns and exchanges are only applicable to manufacturing defects, transit damage, wrong items shipped and quantity shortages. Personal reasons including dislike, size mismatch, expectation gap and buyer’s remorse are not eligible for free returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used products, opened consumables, manually damaged items, self-modified products, items missing accessories, products without original packaging, expired after-sales period products, clearance items and personal hygiene products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days via the original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on the processing rules of payment platforms and banks.

5. Return Shipping Fee Responsibility

We cover round-trip shipping fees and relevant taxes for returns caused by product defects or our shipping errors. All return shipping fees, duties and handling fees for personal reason returns shall be borne by the buyer.
