1. Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays and out-of-stock periods). Shipping time may be delayed due to inventory shortage, supplier delay or holiday peak seasons. We will update order status or notify customers of any delays.

2. Delivery Time

International delivery normally takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination, shipping method and customs clearance. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, flight delays, natural disasters or local policy changes are beyond our control, and no compensation will be provided.

3. Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product weight, size, destination and shipping method, as displayed at checkout. Free shipping and promotional offers are valid subject to real-time website announcements.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may incur import duties, taxes and clearance fees, which shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local customs regulations. We are not responsible for any customs fees, fines or detention charges. No shipping fee refund will be issued if the package is returned or abandoned due to unpaid duties.

5. Shipment Exception Handling

For lost, damaged or undelivered packages, users shall provide valid logistics information. We will assist in filing inquiries and claims with logistics providers. The final claim result is subject to the logistics company’s official judgment.
